Planning is well underway for our annual Gala Dinner for everyone in the industry. The event will take place on the evening of Thursday 2nd November at Shoreditch Town Hall and will be proudly brought to you in partnership with NAMM.
The evening will feature:

- The “People of the Moment” Awards
- Awards and entertainment bought to you by a brilliant comedian (to be announced!)
- More networking time – less time on the formalities and more bar time!
- A relaxed dress code – simply “dress to impress!”

Trusted Music Store Awards
All product categories are designed to recognise musical products that have made an impact on the industry and consumers alike.
Winners of the categories will be products that have brought something new to the industry and have created excitement and interest, accordingly. Music shops will have welcomed and stocked the products and seen both consumer interest and sales.
A specially selected judging panel of retailers and publishers will review all the nominations and will publish a finalists list on Friday 13th October before announcing the final winners at the Awards event.
A full promotional pack will be available to both the finalist products and the ultimate winners. This pack is especially designed to help ALL the finalists to truly benefit in consumer awareness from their inclusion in the Awards

People of the Moment Awards
What are they? These exciting awards celebrate and give recognition to people, at any level, in our industry who have been innovative and made a real difference to the company for which they work and to the customers it serves.
What is suitable for an entry? The awards will typically recognise something that someone has done that is both innovative and effective. Entries could be as varied as a retail initiative to create new customers, a novel social media campaign, events for lapsed musicians, a training programme to improve customer service, right through to a product launch with a difference.
Who are they for? These awards are designed to celebrate all levels of contribution, ranging from a weekend worker in a shop, right through to the Managing Director of a distributor.
How do people get nominated? People can be nominated by colleagues or their Line Manager. A description of their actions and its impact will need to be submitted (max 500 words) and supporting materials can also be sent such as photos, videos etc.
How are entries judged? A specially selected judging panel will review all the nominations and will publish a list of finalists on Friday 13th October. Winners will be announced at the Awards event on 2nd November.
How does this benefit my company? A full promotional pack will be available to both the finalists and the eventual winners which can be used to raise the profile of your company.
