The dates for next year’s London Drum Show have been announced – make sure you put 10th & 11th November 2018 in your diary!
The final preparations are underway for the London Drum Show 2017, and a stream of new exhibitors have recently confirmed their attendance. The 2017 show is shaping up to be the best yet, with a fantastic artist line-up, an increase in exhibitor numbers from last year’s show and some exciting new show features… so forgive us for getting excited about the 2018 show already!
Gewa have recently confirmed that they will bring top brands DW and Gretsch to the show. Drumazon will also be there, selling Noble & Cooley and Masshoff Drums, with platinum awarded drum sound designer Udo Masshoff himself in attendance to discuss the drums, his tuning method and sound design techniques. IntriCon will bring their professional audio communication devices, and Vintage Drums Legendary Sounds will promote Issue 2 of their new magazine. They join a whole host of brands from big names like Zildjian, Tama, Vic Firth and Paiste to independent drum makers from eco-friendly The Green Drum Company to innovative kit-in-a-box creators BeatBox.
There will be loads for visitors to see and do in the gear hall this year, meaning that they will be spreading their time between the two floors. The latest feature to be added is Natal’s photo booth, where visitors can have their picture taken on a stunning Natal Cafe Racer kit by a professional photographer, then take away a bespoke personalised image of them on the cover of Rhythm! We have also secured a top educator who will give short talks on micing up your kit for both recording and for the stage.
There are only a few weeks to go until the 2017 show – make sure you take advantage of the cheaper Advance tickets at http://www.londondrumshow.com/.
