Warwick Music Group expands into the United States

The British-based instrument manufacturer, Warwick Music Group, twice winner of the NAMM Best in Show award for its pBone and pTrumpet, has announced the formation and office opening of Warwick Music Inc. in Granger, Indiana.

Branislav Zivkovic, formerly Vice-President of Sales and Marketing with Harman and Conn-Selmer, has joined the board and will serve as Global Chief Commercial Officer and President North America.

In addition, Dr Keith Dye, Associate Dean and Professor of Music Education at Texas Tech University School of Music, has become Warwick Music Group’s US education specialist. Keith’s appointment will not only enable the creation of focused learning materials and resources, but will broaden school and professional development activities as the company seeks to expand its access into general music classrooms.

Steven Greenall, Warwick Music Group’s Chief Executive Officer commented, “Our business has created a wonderful set of products that have found a home in the classrooms of primary schools across the United Kingdom, opening up access and increasing the number of children who play brass instruments.”

“We hope that this expansion into the United States and the appointment of Branislav and Keith will further demonstrate our commitment to supporting our customers, educators and music dealers and further our vision of expanding the base of brass players globally.”

This announcement coincides with Warwick Music Group exhibiting at NAMM – the National Association of Music Merchants – which took place last week in Anaheim, California. The team will also be attending TMEA (Texas Music Educators Association), the world’s largest music educators’ conference, in February to further connect with their US audience.
