Having only released one single, the success of their debut saw Casey requested for a 21 date European tour with internationally acclaimed acts Capsize and ’68; a campaign which allowed to promote their honest, unrefined passion for music in 8 different countries to hundreds of new fans. In conjunction with the tour, Casey released a further two singles, “Fade” and “Teeth”, the music videos for which have accumulated a combined total of more than 140,000 views in less than 6 months; opening doors to festivals such as Deadbolt, and the UK renowned metal and hardcore festival Ghostfest, and to interest from numerous independent label representatives.

Toby uses Rotosound Roto Grey R13 strings

‘We recently got introduced to Rotosound through a good friend of ours Michael Mcgough (Being As An Ocean). Immediately we loved the feel of the strings and just found them a lot more playable that some of the other brands on the market. It’s also great that you get X2 bottom E strings in a pack of 52’s, that impressed us a lot as you never know when that one’s going to go!!!’

UK alternative rock band hailing from Brighton, Tall Ships released their debut album Everything Touching in 2012, which saw the band championed by the BBC and NME, selling out shows across the UK including London’s Scala, and headlining the BBC Introducing Stage at Reading and Leeds Festival.

So far this year the band have sold out headline shows at London’s Omeara and The Louisiana in Bristol. They have received ongoing support from BBC Radio 1, Radio X, Amazing Radio and key UK press titles including Clash, DIY, Rock sound, Guardian & Upset. The video for the album’s first single Meditations On Loss currently has over 50,000 views and over 100,000 streams.

‘Quite simply they give me thick lows, cutting highs, dynamic textures and a furious growl. I play pretty hard and they never break and last for ages.’

Area 11 are a four piece rock band from Bristol, UK, formed in 2011. Despite existing “under the radar” as far as the mainstream and music media is concerned, the band has amassed the kind of social media following (over 100k subscribers and 10 million plays on their YouTube channel, as an example) that would put artists considered many times bigger to shame, enabling the band to sell out shows, records and merchandise runs in quiet semi-anonymity. Their first UK headline tour in 2015 pretty much sold out across the board, with their London Barfly show selling out in less than 48 hours.

The band has since gone on to tour extensively around the UK in 2016, with sold out shows taking place around the country, with a highlight being their performance at the Islington O2 academy. They are looking forward to playing their first ever major UK and European festivals in 2017.

The band use an array of Rotosound strings, including Swing Bass RS-66LDs 45-105, Swing Bass RS55LDN 45-105, RH10s and Nexus Acoustic NXA11

‘Rotosound are British musical institution and it’s a pleasure to be involved with them. Great sounding strings that can take a lot of punishment. They stay bright for a very long time, and when you jump to the acoustic guitar in the middle of a sweaty and chaotic gig, you need strings to be just as durable and playable as any other piece of gear. You can trust Rotosound for that.’
