Europe’s largest conference for music and drama education returns to Olympia London on 22 & 23 February 2018!
Over 150 performing arts organisations will be showcasing the latest instruments, technology, teaching resources and education services on the exhibition floor – with product launches, demonstrations, and on-site discounts from music publishers and retailers, exam boards and professional associations.
Comedian and drummer Al Murray leads the line-up of keynote speakers for the 80 workshops, seminars and debates, alongside BBC Ten Pieces composer Kerry Andrew, the NYCGB’s Dominic Ellis-Peckham, Ofsted’s Mark Phillips, and teaching artists from Disney’s Aladdin.
The brand new Rock, Pop and Tech Theatre will house a stream of contemporary music sessions exploring sound equipment, grime opera, and teaching the new syllabuses for rock, pop and music technology.
Also new for 2018 is Creatives’ Corner – a place for visitors to meet the faces behind the teaching books and resources they use every day: a rolling programme of meet-and-greets with top authors, allowing delegates to ask the questions they always wanted to ask.
The show is free to attend and each year welcomes over 2,500 delegates from across the music and drama sectors. We look forward to seeing you on 22 & February 2018!
