The purpose of the tour was to equip store and branch mangers with the coaching skills required to drive change in their store sales teams. We tackled every day situations store managers face whilst trying to motivate and drive their sales teams.

The eLearning works on all popular browsers and devices meaning staff can develop and learn new skills at a time that suits them, in bite-sized chunks.
How to access the training:
The training is accessed through an eLearning platform, which tests understanding of concepts along the learning journey.
The majority of the content is short bite-sized video clips.
Each MIA retail member outlet/branch has access to 1x login for the store team.
Content can be watched as many times as required
