Feedback Friday – Tomorrow’s MIA Drop-In Session

Every Friday at 10am, our drop-in sessions give you the opportunity to join with other industry colleagues and discuss the issues affecting you and your business.

We are calling this week’s session ‘Feedback Friday’.  It’s been a momentous week, with many of you re-opening after a lengthy and enforced cessation from in-store activity.  Feedback is an essential part of shaping the MIA and we’d love to hear about your experiences this past week – the highs, lows, challenges and successes.

We’ve all seen the news reports of queues outside the likes of Primark, but are your stores filling up with musicians? What kinds of purchase are you seeing? Are customers naturally following your social distancing, sanitising and face mask requests?

Engaging with us is the best way to get real value from your MIA membership, and hearing your view from the ground helps us to shape our programme of support and action. Whatever your role and whether you are a regular ‘drop-in’ attendee or new to the concept, we would love to see you. We’d like to see suppliers as well as retailers, as we know stock availability is another issue currently affecting our industry.

These Zoom sessions are really informal and open to any business operating across the MI sector.

If you would like to join the session taking place this Friday at 10am, please contact Matt (matt@mia.org.uk)
