Do you need to know about IOSS?

|

Every Friday at 10am, our drop-in sessions give you the opportunity to join with other industry colleagues and discuss the issues affecting you and your business.

The OSS and IOSS schemes came into force with little fanfare on the 1st July. The schemes are intended to help businesses within the EU rationalise VAT payments for all cross-border sales, and are based around a generic portal.

Consumer sales from the UK into the EU have fallen dramatically since Brexit came into force at the start of the year. In this week’s drop-in, we will cover the primary function of the new schemes and ask whether they are helpful in encouraging UK resellers to market product to EU based customers.

These Zoom sessions are really informal and open to any business operating across the MI sector.
