In conjunction with friends at Rose Morris, Meters Music we will be taking over their Number 10 Denmark Street store from the 11th of October – 16th October 2021.
This will be the first time they have been able to show the Ashdown community their NEW Meters headphones in person since the launch of the OV-1-B-C at the NAMM show in 2020. They will have the full range of Meters Headphones in store for the event as well as some very exciting new products they would love to get your feedback on, including Meters True Wireless in-ear headphones and personal speaker systems designed with their musician friends in mind…
Amongst some of the announcements to follow throughout the week Meters Music will be launching a very special amplifier designed for Meters Music’s good friend and incredible bass player Guy Pratt aptly named ‘The Interstellar’.

Meters will also be launching a very special collaboration with their good friend Zak Starkey in way of a custom tuned and styled pair of headphones ‘Sound System Jamaica’ tuned with bass in mind for those who appreciate the deep vibrations driven by Jamaican sound systems, responsible for a scene of its own in Jamaica and world-wide. The culture of the Sound System was brought to the UK in the 1960s and 1970s. Notable UK Sound Systems include Sir Coxsone Outernational, Jah Shaka, Channel One, Aba Shanti-I, Jah Observer, Quaker City, Iration Steppas, Fatman International and Saxon Studio International. One of the first sound systems in the United States was Downbeat the Ruler, founded in Bronx, New York, in the late 1970s.
