The Music Industries Association (MIA) is a company limited by guarantee. In accordance with our Articles of Association, our members have the right to receive each year the notice of the Annual General Meeting. Members are also entitled to attend and vote at the meeting should they wish to do so.
Yesterday, the Chair of the MIA Board, Steven Greenall, sent a personal email to our main contact at every one of our member companies. This email included links to all of the necessary AGM papers. If you believe that you should have received this email but missed it, please get in touch with Alice who will be able to send the information over.
