The MIA Board & the Future Leaders Network are jointly working on establishing a set of values for which we wish our industry to strive.
We’re focusing on 3 values at the moment, and topics include: flexible and inclusive workplaces, learning and development for the next generation, customer centric ethos and inspiring & nurturing current and future music creators/learners.
We’ve been brainstorming, and we’re close to being able to share some more on this work.
