It’s been a mixed bag of news as far as retail is concerned for the first part of 2022. Depending on what reports you read the cost of living crisis and ongoing concern about the Omicron variant is contributing to lower than expected footfall and stagnant sales. However other economic reports indicate a reasonable upturn in activity and suggest we are through the worst of the pandemic impact.
We thought this would be a good opportunity to ask you how the first 7 weeks of 2022 had panned out for you, and see if we can align your experiences with that of the high street at large. It would also be handy to understand if challenges such as supply chain and employee self-isolation are as prevalent as they were last year.
Please come along this Friday at 10am. These sessions are really informal and open to any business operating across the MI sector.
