Yesterday we sent an email to the CEO/MD of every MIA member company with a link to a training survey. Every response will help us to further develop MIAcademy and ensure that it meets your needs for the year ahead.
The survey questions cover training topics such as customer engagement and retention, understanding and supporting customer needs, and cultivating loyalty, repeat purchases and advocacy. There’s also opportunity to request any other training you think would be beneficial.
The MIA is your trade body and we are most effective when you engage and we listen. Completing the survey gives you a voice and influences the direction of MIAcademy. We’re looking forward to seeing your responses, and if the CEO/MD of your company hasn’t received the link, please let us know.
