This Thursday, we’re going to have Sam O’Toole on hand. Sam is a lawyer at a firm called Briffa.
Briffa are “No suits and ties. No stuffy corporate vibe. Just exceptional service from leading intellectual property lawyers to protect and enforce your IP rights in the UK and across the world.” The MIA have a great relationship with Briffa, and we pass on special rates to our members.
This week, Sam will be taking us through a quick IP 101, which will look into trade marks, design rights and copyright – what they do, how they would affect your business and what you can do to improve your IP position. We’ll then open up the floor for a Q&A, and a chat. It will be a good opportunity for you to get to know Sam, and vice versa.
This Friday (15th) is a Bank Holiday, so we’re going to hold this session at 10am on Thursday 14th.
As usual, these sessions are really informal and open to any business operating across the MI sector. You can register to attend here.
