We are very pleased to announce a new member benefit designed to bring the industry together, and help empower retailers to protect themselves from theft & fraud.
We will very shortly be launching a new e-blast, designed to quickly alert shops of current and ongoing incidents. Any retailer who finds themselves on the wrong end of organised criminal behaviour will be able to share details with this closed network. Such details will include the nature of the incident, how it was carried out and details of any stolen items,
The hope is that such information will help others to be more vigilant, and not only prevent further crime as well as reduce the trade of stolen equipment.
Members will be able to sign up multiple recipients, and the MIA will ensure that any material shared will be re-distributed as soon as possible.
