Steven Greenall, Chair of the MIA Board, recently launched the work we have been doing to create a set of aspirational values for the MI industry. These values are crucial to shaping the industry for future fitness and to ensure the best possible outcomes for both the companies who make and sell instruments and for the future and current musicians who relish any opportunities to begin and develop their musical journey.
In a recent Friday drop-in session, we held a discussion about the values involving a balance of MIA Board Directors and MIA members, and we’ve put together a sample of the reactions expressed in that meeting in this short video.
