Valenti Guitars make incredible quality instruments to the highest standards. Italian style and intelligent design combine to bring to life these highly functional and playable works of art. Every guitar is designed, assembled and finished by Master Luthier Luigi Valenti in his workshop in Umbria in Italy.
Luigi sources his own private stock of rare, aged exotic woods for the exclusive purpose of making these finest quality instruments.
His collection already boasts ethically sourced, aged Indian rosewood cut and dried in 1960, Flamed Maple from the same South-eastern European Forest that Stradivarius used for the construction of their violins, sustainably harvested Ebony from Africa and Mahogany from controlled plantations in India and Honduras. Valenti also hand winds his own pickups and uses bespoke custom-made electronics. All the components, from the pickup poles and magnets to the jack socket connections, are made on Luigi’s specs by trusted and selected manufacturers.
The guitars are assembled with the best hardware available on the market. Finally they undergo the world renowned ‘Pleking’ fret dress and set up process in order to bring comfort, playability, consistency. This brings the instrument’s response to state of the art level.
A message from Stuart. Selectron…
“I’ve been dealing in guitars since I was a teenager and I can hand on heart say that I’ve never held, played or even seen a better made electric guitar than the one Luigi Valenti put in my hand when we first met. There is no wonder that his products are already in such high demand already. These are simply jaw dropping. Next level. We are excited to work with Valenti and will introduce his product to market through a very limited number of dealers here in the U.K. and Ireland. There is a waiting list, they are highly exclusive after all, but the wait is worth it. Valenti Guitars fit seamlessly into our profile and further reinforce our already world class portfolio.”
A word from Luigi…
“I never take the decision to collaborate with a new distributor lightly, simply because the amount of instruments I can build in a year maintaining a top notch quality is limited. When I met the Selectron team I found an incredibly passionate professional group of individuals who can understand and appreciate all the little nuances behind a high end boutique instrument. I sincerely admire and respect the incredible work done over the years by the Selectron team.”
