The CNS (customer needs system) training will teach you and your team how to:

  2. Understand the theory and practice of meeting your customer’s real needs.
  3. Reach and engage your customers in their channel of choice.
  4. Meet customer needs at each step in their journey to ensure they spend in your stores (online and offline).
  5. Create loyalty and advocacy, engendering repeat spending, and through your advocates, communicate the great value you can offer to your music community.
