GAK (legendary guitar shop) have teamed up with Guitar Gear Giveaway to raise as much as we can for Young Lives vs Cancer!
In June, I (Sam – Guitar Gear Giveaway Founder) got the news no parent ever wants to hear. “Your daughter has a brain tumour”. Isabella, my little 2 year old fun loving bundle of positivity was about to start the battle of her life against Cancer. 3 months, multiple brain surgeries, 5 weeks of Proton beam therapy and she’s doing really well. The NHS has been outstanding and so have the charities that have supported her along the way. As you can imagine, this one means a lot to me and we have decided to raise money for Young Lives Vs Cancer.
Every penny goes to the charity. NOT PROFITS. So if you buy a ticket for £1.99 that’s exactly how much we donate. Thanks so much to all of you and everyone who’s helped us through this including the team at GGG and our amazing community. All of which meant I could take a step back from some of my work to help Isabella fight this.
