Successful pop-soul duo, the Stone Jets won the Pilton Stage 2024 competition earlier this year and will be bringing their unique feel-good sound to this year’s Glastonbury 2024 (26-30 June).  Out of South Africa and now based in London, Given Nkanyane and Manfred Klose won an Ambassadorship at the iconic Yamaha Music London music store last year with their special fusion of powerful vocals and rhythmic soul and now they are set to play Glastonbury, one of the world’s leading music festivals.

Given (Bassist and Lead vocalist) and Manfred Klose (Guitarist and vocals) comment: “It has been a dream come true for us to be performing at Glastonbury this year, and performing on five stages we will get to soak in all the music culture Glasto has to offer. We will also be performing on a new stage that will be introduced to the festival this year called “The Wishing Well” where dreams are made!

The Stone Jets music has been described as a mix of Funk, Soul and the heart of Ladysmith Black Mambazo. Vibrant, upbeat and oozing with utter joy, the Stone Jets are just what the world needs right now.
