THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development and Operations Manager to support the Head of Business Development and Operations in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to strengthen customer engagement and achieve revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers, driving business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, fostering relationships with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, setting and achieving key performance metrics.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns and resources that support sales objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for value-added services.
  • Establish processes to gather and analyze customer feedback, using insights to improve services and engagement.

Operational Excellence:

  • Assist in refining operational workflows to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align business goals with
    operations.
  • Support the Head of Business Development and Operations in managing project timelines and deliverables.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with sales and account executives to guide their efforts and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Contribute to training initiatives, equipping team members with the skills and resources to succeed.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
