THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development and Operations Manager to support the Head of Business Development and Operations in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to strengthen customer engagement and achieve revenue targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers, driving business growth.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, fostering relationships with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, setting and achieving key performance metrics.
- Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns and resources that support sales objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for value-added services.
- Establish processes to gather and analyze customer feedback, using insights to improve services and engagement.
Operational Excellence:
- Assist in refining operational workflows to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align business goals with
operations. - Support the Head of Business Development and Operations in managing project timelines and deliverables.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with sales and account executives to guide their efforts and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
- Contribute to training initiatives, equipping team members with the skills and resources to succeed.
- Foster an environment of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail.
