About the Role
We’re looking for a sales-driven individual to join our team of online experts, connecting with customers via phone, email, and LiveChat. As a Customer Sales Advisor, your primary goal will be to drive sales by inspiring customers with your product knowledge, finding tailored solutions, and providing an exceptional customer experience that builds lasting relationships.

- Be motivated by hitting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Have a solid understanding of guitars, musical instruments, and the music industry.
- Be confident in selling and influencing customers over phone, email, and LiveChat.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to excite and inspire.
- Stay proactive in learning about new products to stay ahead in a competitive market.
- Be a natural problem solver, focused on delivering outstanding solutions.
