The British Independent Retailers Association (BIRA) has just launched the first ever Love Your High Street Awards – a brand-new award celebrating the independent retailers who make our local high streets and local communities special.
The MIA is proud to support the campaign and make the details available to Retailers in the MI Sector, to share with music makers in the UK, and let them know how they can recognise their favourite music store.
Here’s how it works:
📢 Share the campaign in your newsletters, email and socials
👉 Include the online form and encourage them to nominate your shop
🗓️ Highlight the deadline is 20 July
🏆 Finalists will be selected by BIRA and will be announced on 4 August
📲 Direct your audience to vote via BIRA socials, voting closes 27 August
🎉 The winner will be revealed on 1 September
