Based in Northwest London, HHB Communications Ltd. are looking for a Senior Pro Audio Sales Account Manager to manage and develop a wide range of customer accounts and relationships by taking a proactive approach to sales and business development, with an underlying focus on driving the business to achieve targets and growth.
HHB supply Pro Audio products and support to a range of market sectors including Music recording, TV and Film Production, Gaming, Outside Broadcasting, Radio, Podcasting and Education.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and experience in the Pro Audio industry, a customer-first approach to sales support, and the skills needed to help grow and develop a well-established business.
Role and Responsibility
- Actively engage with existing customer accounts to grow business.
- Develop new opportunities and identify business growth opportunities with new customers and markets.
- Qualify opportunities, quote generation and pipeline management.
- Participate in presentations and demonstrations.
- Actively support the various internal and external sales management tools (such as HHB’s CRM and vendor registration systems) to streamline management and maximise profit.
- Monitor tender websites for business opportunities, complete pre-qualification questionnaires and submit any associated Tenders.
- Help to establish new products within HHB portfolio and introduce them to potential customers.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, product demonstrations, sales and other training courses.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Comprehensive working knowledge of the professional audio industry and its market sectors.
- A track record of working to and delivering on sales targets.
- Commercially astute and willing to contribute across the business to ensure success and growth.
- Technical understanding of pro audio technology and audio production workflows.
- Experience in selling Services and software subscriptions (SaaS).
- A solid set of IT skills – able to pick up new software easily; experienced in using Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills. Professional, positive and helpful attitude at all times, with customers, vendors and colleagues alike.
