Who you are.
We are looking for seasoned influencer manager with an established network of global influencers. You will be the driving force behind the success of some of the fastest-growing music instrument brands in the world. Gear4music is seeking a talented and self-motivated individual to lead the charge in building our influencer network and taking our house brands to new heights.
What you will do.
As our Influencer Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work with some of the most prominent influencers in the industry, leveraging their platforms and reach to grow Gear4music’s global presence. You will be a vital member of our team, working closely with our product and marketing departments to develop innovative and effective influencer campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately generate revenue.
We are looking for someone with the determination, collaboration, and self-motivation skills to succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic role. You will have the freedom to bring your own creative ideas to the table and take ownership of your work, while also working collaboratively with other team members to achieve our collective goals.
- Build, establish and manage a global network of influencers for all Gear4music Own Brands, on both organic and paid basis.
- Develop detailed influencer briefs and act as the sole contact point for all partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and carefully manage budgets.
- Monitor & report on performance, ensuring healthy ROI.
- Keep up to date with relevant new and emerging influencers and influencer trends within the industry.
- Utilise your established network of contacts to grow the influencer partnerships.
- Liaise with the product, marketing and social teams to coordinate influencer strategies with product launches and other key events throughout the year.
What your skill set may look like.

- Previous experience in building and managing a successful global network of influencers.
- Proven experience identifying, recruiting & managing influencer/creatives/talent.
- Must be commercially astute with experience negotiating on fees and strong understanding of budget management.
- Brilliant at relationship management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Good demonstrable experience of coordinating influencer strategies in line with product launches
- Confident working with social media and influencer marketing analytics tool and reporting on metrics
- Knowledge of the music industry would be a bonus!
