We are thrilled to announce that we are bringing Future Leaders another workshop aimed at enhancing your leadership skills and providing you with methods to develop your career in the music industry.
This time, the session will be virtual and will be led by Robert Simpson. Those of you who attended the in-person meeting in Milton Keynes have already met Robert (Bobby), and you may also know him as the Operations Director at guitarguitar.
Bobby brings a wealth of experience as a leader, both within the MI as well as in the charitable sector and elsewhere. For the last ten years at guitarguitar, he has driven and developed Retail, E-commerce, and Business Operations. Now, he is looking forward to sharing some of what he’s learned with you to empower and develop you, your teams, and your careers.

Whether it’s dealing with a difficult customer, addressing an underperforming team member, or handling a demanding line manager, the ability to navigate challenging conversations is incredibly powerful.
