Blackstar is proud to introduce the TV-10 B, a Class A, single-ended, 1×12 valve combo that pays homage to classic British amplifiers.
The TV-10 B combines an ECC83 preamp valve with a EL34 power valve to deliver incredible tone through its 12” Celestion speaker. Featuring two footswitchable voices and our custom-voiced Reverb, the TV-10 B offers a dynamic playing experience boasting all of the grit, growl, and mid-pushed character that is so iconically British
The distinctive character of a single-ended valve amp comes from the way its power stage clips, further bringing out the nuances of the chosen power amp valve. The TV-10 B harnesses the nuances of the EL34 valve, delivering incredible tone through its 12” Celestion speaker. The EL34 power valve produces a characteristically mellow sound with a warm low-end, pushed mids and powerful leads which naturally compress when pushed hard using the Master Volume.
The signal for the emulated line output is taken after the power amp to ensure you can capture and record the tonal characteristics of the Class A configured EL34 power valve and output transformer being pushed into saturation directly into a recording/mixing device via a stereo/TRS jack cable.
Vintage in tone and style, the premium mottled black and green tolex and Silver Birch fret give a sleek, boutique look. The TV-10 B looks fantastic in the studio or the home and its compact design makes it perfect for smaller stages as well.
