Patina Guitars turns up the character with new P90 offsets, bold finishes and first basses

New P90 offsets lead the latest additions, combining nitro finishes, stainless steel frets and premium specification at sub-£600 prices.

Following exceptional dealer sell-through and reorders from launch stockists, Patina Guitars has added a pair of new offset P90 electrics, a run of striking new finishes and the brand’s first bass models to its growing UK range.

Leading the new arrivals are the PJ-3 and PJ-6, two offset electrics that bring a distinctive new look and voice to the Patina line-up.

Both models feature twin custom-wound Alnico V P90 pickups and vintage-style offset tremolo systems, but it is the wider specification that really sets them apart. Genuine nitrocellulose finishes, satin roasted maple necks, rosewood fingerboards, stainless steel jumbo frets and locking tuners all come as standard, a combination of features rarely seen together at this price point.

The PJ-3 offers the cleaner, non-reliced side of Patina, while the PJ-6 receives the brand’s light relic treatment for vintage character from day one.

They join Patina’s existing S-style and T-style guitars, giving dealers another visually strong option for players looking beyond the usual classic shapes, while keeping the vintage-inspired feel and modern player-friendly specification that has helped the brand make such a strong start.

The range also gets a major injection of colour.

The PJ-3 arrives in Candy Apple Red and Purple Pearl, while the PJ-6 is available in Oxblood Relic and Sherwood Green Relic. Existing PS models also gain new Fiesta Red and Silver finishes, adding even more variety to the range and giving dealers plenty of visual impact on the shop floor.

UK RRP is £535 for the PJ-3 and £589 for the PJ-6, while the new PS and PT finishes remain at £519. for non relic and £549  for the relic versions.

Alongside the guitar expansion, Patina also moves into bass for the first time with the PPB-3 and PPJB-3.

The PPB-3 is a classic P-style bass built around a traditional split-coil pickup, while the PPJB-3 adds a bridge single-coil for extra definition, cut and tonal flexibility.

The bass range launches in Charcoal and Fiesta Red for the PPB-3, with Lake Placid Blue and Olympic White available on the PPJB-3. Both models have a UK RRP of £719.

Across the expanded range, Patina continues to combine vintage-inspired construction and finishes with the sort of modern specification players increasingly expect, delivering familiar character without old-fashioned compromises.

Lee Alexander, Managing Director of Almires UK, said:

“The PJ models are some of the coolest guitars we’ve added to the range so far, but the really exciting part is what players are getting for the money. That combination of nitro finishes, roasted maple necks, stainless steel frets and custom-wound pickups on guitars starting at £535 is exactly what Patina is about. The new finishes make the range even stronger on the wall, while the basses open Patina up to an entirely new group of players.”

“The brief remains simple: vintage soul, modern spec and real-world pricing.”

The new Patina models and finishes are available now from Almires UK.
