Loog, known for its kid-friendly instruments, and Fender, the world’s leading guitar, bass and amplifier brand are expanding their collaboration with two new additions to the Fender x Loog collection: the Fender x Loog Precision Bass, marking Loog’s first-ever bass, and a Fender x Loog Telecaster in Butterscotch Blonde.
The new models celebrate the 75th anniversaries of the Fender Precision Bass and Telecaster, reimagining two landmark instruments for a new generation of players.
Fender guitars are among the most iconic and recognizable instruments in the world, with a legacy that spans generations of musicians and music fans. Legendary guitarists like Geezer Butler, James Jamerson, as well as Bruce Springsteen, Joe Strummer, Sheryl Crow, Tom Morello and Brad Paisley have all made Fender Precision Bass and Telecaster guitars a defining part of their sound and stage presence.
And Loog is rethinking what it means to learn an instrument, designing compact guitars and other instruments that make getting started with music more approachable. Its current product lineup includes three-string Mini acoustic and electric guitars, full six-string Pro guitars, a piano and a ukulele, all designed to make playing music more intuitive and enjoyable.
The new Fender x Loog Precision Bass marks a significant first for the brand, extending its beginner-friendly approach into a bass guitar for the first time. The three-string instrument brings the look and feel of Fender’s legendary Precision Bass into a simplified format, while the Butterscotch Blonde Telecaster introduces a new colorway to the existing collection of Fender x Loog Stratocaster and Telecaster models.
Both instruments pair Fender’s instantly recognizable designs with Loog’s compact form factor, bridging the gap between iconic instruments and the needs of kids and first-time players. The collaboration reflects a shared goal: helping more people discover the joy of playing music by making the first steps feel less intimidating.
