Sandarac Ltd
Sandarac is an independent UK musical instrument specialist based on the North Essex–South Suffolk border, founded in 2008 with a focus on high-quality acoustic stringed instruments and accessories. The company specialises particularly in classical, jazz, flamenco and other acoustic guitar markets, while also offering bowed instruments including violins, violas, cellos and double basses.
Its guitar range includes European-made instruments from brands and makers such as Dupont and Orpheus Valley, alongside strings, pickups and other accessories from specialist manufacturers including Schatten Design, Savarez, Galli and Velvet. Sandarac operates as a specialist retailer rather than a mass-market music store, with its small team placing an emphasis on carefully selected instruments, specialist knowledge and serving more discerning acoustic players.
