The Guitar Show is an annual UK guitar and bass exhibition held at Cranmore Park in Solihull, bringing together guitarists, bassists, manufacturers, independent builders, distributors, retailers and music-industry brands. Now established as one of the UK’s biggest dedicated guitar events, the show combines major international names with a particularly strong representation of independent British builders and specialist brands, covering electric and acoustic guitars, basses, amplifiers, effects, recording equipment and accessories.
Alongside the exhibition halls, the event features live performances, demonstrations, workshops, artist appearances and opportunities for visitors to try equipment directly with manufacturers and exhibitors. The show has developed a deliberately community-focused atmosphere, balancing its growing scale with an emphasis on personal interaction and giving guitar enthusiasts the opportunity to discover, hear and play gear that they may otherwise only encounter online or in magazines. The 2026 event attracted 145 exhibitors and sold out in advance, while the 2027 edition is scheduled to introduce a dedicated Friday preview session for trade, content creators and other industry visitors.
