As a Sales & Support Executive, you will support the beginning and end of our day-to-day sales activities for Musical Instruments and Pro Audio products. From providing direct communication with our trade customers to collaborating with our colleagues in the UK, Europe and the US, you will be core to our sales process and successes.

You will be exposed to many renowned brands such as AVID Technology, Samson Technologies, Flight Ukuleles, Jet Guitars, Cloud Microphones, Hartke, and AirTurn, requiring extensive industry and guitar knowledge and excellent communication at every stage to support our strong relationships with these key brands.

Successful candidates bring a high level of engagement and expertise as they contribute to the success of our sales results in this creative, musical market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively process incoming sales orders for MI & Pro Audio Trade accounts, ensuring smooth communication and experience for customers throughout.
  • Promptly handle MI customer inquiries, manage credit notes and authorise returns.
  • Lead outbound sales calls set around clear agendas and objectives.
  • Builds relationships internally, with colleagues across UK, EU and US, and externally, with our customers and partners, through regular confident communication and an open mindset.
  • Identify and maximize potential sales opportunities within existing customer bases by interpreting insights from previous orders and bringing the outside in through industry knowledge and updates.
  • Independently own administrative tasks within the sales team to ensure smooth operations throughout our processes.
  • Coordinate the digital sales and distribution of Pro Audio products, including the administration of digital platforms.
  • Maintain consistent communication with brands and manufacturers, staying updated on general activity, new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver MI & Pro Audio product training for our trade sales teams, and eventually, take ownership of product presentations.

Required experience:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of guitar products and a general understanding of music technology are essential prerequisites.
  • A proactive, confident communicator able to initiate phone conversations and engage effectively with both existing and potential customers.
  • Passionate about music and stays up to date with the current industry landscape.
  • A self-starter who is driven by creating effective deals with customers and partners.
  • Previous professional experience in MI & Pro Audio or music retail is highly valued.
