PRS Guitars today announced a collaboration with MusicNomad to offer the ultimate tool kit for PRS owners. The MusicNomad PRS Guitars 18-Piece Tool Kit is designed to work on both PRS and PRS SE Series instruments, offering versatility in one compact, rugged case. It features a comprehensive set of tools that players need to do all the necessary fine-tuning on their guitar, including adjusting the truss rod, intonation, string height, pickup height and everything in between, with tools for saddles, tuner nuts and mounting screws, locking-tuner caps, output jacks, pickguards, strap buttons, electronics backplates, tremolo systems, blade switches, piezo level adjustments and more.

“When MusicNomad called about doing this toolkit, we were immediately on board. We know when a guitar is set up properly and personalized to the player, it becomes even more inspiring to play, and this kit gives PRS players a great way to care for their instruments,” said PRS Guitars Director of Marketing, Judy Schaefer.

Included in the kit:
– 4 Allen key sizes (0.50”, 1/16”, 1.5mm, 2mm)
– 7 hex wrench sizes (10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 1/4″, 1/2” (2), 7/16”)
– 5 screwdriver bits: 3 Phillips (#0, #1, #2) & 2 flat-head (3,5)
– 2 truss rod wrenches (5/16”, 7mm)

The durable aluminum case keeps tools organized and protected in a compact 3″ x 5.5″ x 1.4″ footprint, with a top lid that doubles as a convenient parts tray.

“Collaborating with PRS Guitars on this tool kit has been an incredible experience,” said MusicNomad Founder, Rand Rognlien. “As a PRS owner myself, it’s been amazing to work together to design a kit specifically for PRS Guitars. Seeing this idea come to life is something our entire team is truly proud of.”

The tool kits are available now on the PRS Guitars website here, or at authorized retailers around the world.

Measurement gauges are sold separately. Paired with MusicNomad’s six-piece Precision Setup Gauge Set, players have everything they need to measure, adjust, and properly set up a PRS guitar.
